Please be sure and invite your child(ren)'s Grandparent(s) or Guest(s) to this event. For seating this year, we are asking that YOU register for the number of seats that you need through the same ticketing system that we used last year. There is NO FEE to attend this event, but we do ask that EVERY student complete a registration process for Grandparent Mass. If your son or daughter will NOT have a guest, please let Annie Pfeifer ([email protected]) know and we will have seats so that those students can sit together. This is like buying a ticket to a concert or sporting event, where you will need to know where and which seats are reserved for your group, so please be sure to print the tickets or communicate that information to the Grandparents/Guests AND your student(s).

 

If your child has a Mass Ministry on this day, we will be in contact to reserve seats in the best section for that ministry. 

 

 

If you want to pick your own seats, you MUST register through a computer, you are unable to select individual seats through a mobile device, including tablets. If you need a handicap accessible seat, you will need to select an "Accessible Seat" during the registration process. These seats do not have a chair or pew in them as they are for wheelchairs. If you need different accommodations for a grandparent/guest seating, please contact Annie Pfeifer at [email protected] for assistance. If you just want the best available, the computer will select seats for you. In the registration process, you will need to enter the classroom teacher, or 1ST HOUR teacher for middle schoolers--NOT their Delta Teacher.

 

Students will gather in their color group and enter the church together. Grandparents are asked to be seated in their reserved spot by 8:30-8:45am so that the school kids can find them in the sanctuary.

There will be a reception in the school following Mass, and all Grandparents and Guests are invited to come and enjoy a cup of coffee and a delicious bakery item. The classrooms, library, music room, etc. will be available for guests to tour and see where their grandchild(ren) learn every day. Holy Trinity Catholic Books-Gifts will also be available during the reception with some Catholic merchandise for purchase. They will accept cash, check and credit cards for payment.
